Aldrov Resort offers something you won’t find anywhere else in the Giant Mountains – an outdoor climbing wall. Our wall is equipped with two automatic belay systems, ensuring maximum safety and allowing almost anyone to climb – from children aged 3 years and 10 kg, all the way up to adults weighing up to 130 kg.

Discover the beauty of the area around our resort through the unique Alda Trail – an educational route approximately 3 km long, ideal for families with children.
The trail is easy and suitable even for all-terrain strollers. Along the way, children will encounter a variety of fun tasks, puzzles, and games that spark their curiosity and imagination. All you need to do is purchase a special activity booklet at the reception – it will guide you through the trail and serve as a point-collecting companion.

The Giant Mountains offer an incredibly diverse network of hiking trails for all levels of difficulty. Right within the Aldrov Resort area, you can start on the popular Alda’s Trail (approx. 3 km), which is ideal for a short walk and perfect for families with children.
From Vítkovice, you can continue toward the Vurmovka ski area, hike through the settlement of Rezek, along the slopes of the Wolf Ridge, and reach the mountain lodge Dvoračky. From there, the trail descends into Kotelní Jámy, where it connects with Krakonoš’s Trail leading all the way to Horní Mísečky.

Fun for everyone – from families to experienced riders. Discover Bikepark Vítkovice – a network of one-way forest trails on the slopes of Aldrov, offering fun on banked turns, terrain waves, and wooden bridges. The trails run through woodland and are approximately 1 meter wide. All routes start at the top of Aldrov and finish at the base station of the chairlift. The bikepark is designed for beginners, families with children, and experienced bikers alike. These are not downhill tracks full of jumps – the focus here is on smooth flow and playful riding. Bikepark Vítkovice is for everyone - suitable for children from 8 years old, beginners, advanced riders, and whole families.
2.5 km | BLUE TRAIL POHODA
A fun and safe trail for the whole family. Wider profile, smooth surface, gentle curves. Suitable even for children from 8 years old.
2.7 km | RED TRAIL FUNFLOW
A playful ride for intermediate riders. Narrower, partially rocky surface, medium difficulty. Ideal for experienced bikers seeking flow and dynamics.
1.5 km | BLACK TRAIL BLACK FORREST
For technically skilled riders. Steeper sections, higher difficulty. Recommended for experts.
Prezidentský Expres Chairlift – Take advantage of the four-seat chairlift with bike transport and enjoy an easy ride back to the top.

Mountain biking is really big in the Giant Mountains. Discover one of Central Europe's most beautiful landscapes on countless paths and trails through mountains and foothills. You'll find something for every taste and any fitness level, from easy routes in the foothills to technically very demanding tours up in the mountains. Main cycle route is Jizersko - Krkonošská cycle road connecting Harrachov and Žacléř.
Private yard directly at Aldrov Resort is now a new destinaton for all Yoga fans. There will be several Yoga camps organized in cooperation with Aldrov resort partners throughout the year.
All our guests and apartment owners can enjoy a 10% discount on summer activities offered by our partner Yellow Point – including the popular Adventure Park in Špindlerův Mlýn, located just a few minutes’ walk from the bottom station of the Medvědín chairlift. There are 3 golf courses in Giant Mountains. 18 holes golf course is located at Mladé Buky - about 50 min drive from Aldrov Resort. Within only 30 min drive you can reach either Semily Golf Course or Harrachov – both offering 9 holes and also minigolf course.
