Notice for Guests:
We would like to inform you about the water temperature in our pool and whirlpool, which is set in accordance with applicable legislation.
The pool in the wellness area of Aldrov Resort is operated as a swimming pool under Decree No. 238/2011 Coll., § 2, paragraph 1, letter f), which defines the maximum water temperature for a swimming pool at 28 °C. This maximum temperature (28 °C) is maintained in our pool and is regularly measured and monitored daily. It complies with both legal requirements and standard practice in public swimming facilities.
A higher water temperature would require the pool to be classified as a bathing pool, which is not technically, technologically, or hygienically feasible due to the size and water volume of the pool.
In contrast, the whirlpool in our wellness zone is officially classified as a bathing pool under Decree No. 238/2011 Coll., § 2, paragraph 1, letter g), with water heated to 35 °C. The temperature is also regularly monitored and set to provide comfort to the majority of users.
Both the pool and the whirlpool—as well as all other SPA facilities—meet all hygiene standards, which are regularly inspected by the Regional Public Health Authority (KHS) through scheduled sampling. The facilities are also equipped with the latest technology for water treatment and cleanliness.
